Refund Policy
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@bronzetan.co.
- Orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before shipping will be fully refunded.
- Orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase but before shipping incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. BronzeTan offers a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This policy applies to 1 bottle, allowing you to try our product risk-free.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, excluding giveaways and clearance products.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all contents intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
- Before returning, please contact us at hello@bronzetan.co for an RMA Number. Returns without an RMA Number may be rejected.
- After receiving confirmation from our customer service, please return the product as instructed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees.
- Items not meeting these criteria will not be considered for return.
- Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear and underwear are eligible for return/exchange or if the wrong item is received. Please email us a picture showing the issue.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
