Want the best out of your tan – so do we. Here are our handy hints…
- Shower and exfoliate skin prior to applying tan.
- Wax or shave 24 hours before applying your tan. If your pores are open, tan can get stuck in them.
- Take any rings and jewellery off before applying your tan. You can put them back on immediately after and wear them whilst the tan develops.
- Do not use a tan mit to apply your tan. The moisture and active ingredients will soak into your mit, losing the effectiveness of the application plus wasting precious product!
- Use your hands – just wash with soap after giving a good scrub between your webbing.
- Apply in the morning and wear to work (no one will know!) or at night before sleeping.
- Only use water (no soap) on your first shower after applying the tan.
